Comprendre sa moitié et entretenir une sexualité épanouie pour gagner... en productivité, tel est l'objectif du programme pédagogique à l'attention des mineurs mis en œuvre à la houillère australienne de Bulga, au nord de Sydney.
Le succès de ces séances de discussions baptisées " Toolbox Talks " est tel que la compagnie Xstrata envisage de les étendre à d'autres sites.
" Les Toolbox Talks sont des séances d'information (...) sur des sujets tels que la fatigue, le cancer de la prostate, la nutrition, les maladies cardiaques et, ce mois-ci, nous traitons de la ménopause ", explique James Richards, au nom de la compagnie.
" Bien que la main d'œuvre soit essentiellement masculine, nous devons nous soucier du mode de vie de nos salariés et nous assurer qu'il sont biens, heureux et en bonne santé au travail, mais aussi chez eux. "
Les mineurs de Bulga sont pour la plupart quadra ou quinquagénaires et la ménopause fait partie de leur quotidien d'époux, de frère ou d'amis, explique Richards.
" Les séances sur la santé leur apportent les informations nécessaires pour aider leurs proches qui atteignent cette période de leur vie ", poursuit-il.
" Si votre quotidien est sain, votre vie professionnelle sera heureuse et le sexe occupe une part importante dans toute relation. ", conclut-il.
Si même les patrons disent que c'est bon pour la santé, pourquoi se priver de sexe !
