L'affaire Elf, vous y aviez compris quelquechose, vous ? Un procès de 4 mois en 2003, avec des condamnations et arrestations le jour même du procès ?
Moi, pareil !
Alors, quand j'ai appris que le spectacle de Nicolas Lambert passait au théâtre Montdory à Barentin (ma ville), j'avais beau être crevé, je me suis dit: « Je vais apprendre des trucs ! »
Et au pire, si c'est chiant, je pourrais toujours dormir...
Et bien, « Elf, la pompe Afrique », c'est 2 heures 1/2 de spectacle, un seul acteur, pour simple décor : un baril Elf et 3 photos au mur, très peu de déplacements.
Tous les dialogues sont tirés des compte rendus du procès...
Si j'avais su ça avant, je n'y serais pas allé !
Et pourtant, dans ce cas, j'aurais fait une belle bourde !
Non seulement, on y apprend des choses sur l'"affaire Elf", mais en plus, on ne s'y ennuie pas une seconde, et on se marre du début à la fin.
On ne sait pas, si on rit du spectacle, de la caricature qui nous est offerte, ou si l'on rit plutôt que de pleurer, sur le sort de notre argent qui est parti dans les poches de personnes qui ne l'avaient peut-être pas mérité !
- Loïk Le Floch-Prigent, ex-président d'Elf : « Elf a été créé pour maintenir l'Algérie et les rois nègres dans l'orbite française par le biais du pétrole. Avec les Algériens, ça a capoté. Avec les rois nègres ça se poursuit »

Je vous jure que sur la scène, ce n'est pas Nicolas Lambert que nous voyons, mais à travers lui toutes les personnes, tous les acteurs du procès Elf : Loïk Le Floch-Prigent (le PDG), André Tarallo (l'homme de l'Afrique), Alfred Sirven (l'homme de l'ombre), André Guelfi (Dédé la Sardine) et tous les autres...
Un vrai talent de comédien, un vrai talent de mise en scène !
Les audiences sont entrecoupées d'intermèdes de musique africaine.
A la fin du spectacle, après La Marseillaise de rigueur, Nicolas Lambert nous fait remarquer que Philippe Jaffré, le dernier PDG d'Elf avant la prise de controle par Total, a touché comme indemnité de départ autant d'argent que tous les protagonistes de la fameuse "affaire Elf", mais... En toute légalité...
